This offer is sponsored and fulfilled by KHS America, Inc. 12020 Volunteer Blvd., Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. KHS America is the U.S. distributor of HOHNER instruments and solely responsible for this offer.
The Hohner Accordion Heritage Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by KHS America (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the “Sponsor”). The principal place of business of KHS America is 12020 Volunteer Blvd, Mt. Juliet Tennessee, USA. The Sponsor can be located at its principal place of business.
The Promotion is offered only on Anacleto and Hohner Panther Accordions purchased through authorized Hohner Accordion dealers in the United States of America to persons legally residing in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Residents from elsewhere are ineligible. Void outside of U.S., in Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees of the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s affiliates, the immediate families of such employees (employees’ parents, siblings, children and spouses) and members of the same household of such employees are not eligible for this Promotion.
The Promotion begins on July 1, 2020 and ends on September 30, 2020. All redemption requests must be submitted by October 31, 2020.
HOW TO CLAIM THE $99 HOHNER PANTHER ACCORDION
To claim your Hohner Panther Accordion, during the Promotion period (July 1, 2020 - September 30, 2020), purchase any Anacleto accordion, purchase a Hohner Panther accordion for $99, and complete the online redemption form located at: http://www.daltonpen.com/en/community/pass-down-the-heritage.
When filling out the redemption form you must provide proof-of-purchase of an Anacleto accordion and a Hohner Panther accordion from an authorized Hohner Accordion dealer (including accordion model and serial number on the sales receipt, thus qualifying product sold). To receive your Hohner Panther accordion, you must include a valid email address and mailing address.
Limit one Hohner Panther accordion for $99 per each qualifying sale. Allow 2-4 weeks for receipt of your Hohner Panther accordion.
Qualifying sales for this promotion include only the products described herein. Product substitutions, deletions, or additions are not allowed, regardless of information obtained from other sources. Sales through online auctions are not eligible.
Applicant understands that he/she will be issued IRS form 1099 by KHS America if the combined, gross proceeds from this and all other promotions over the course of the calendar year, equal or exceed $600. By submitting this redemption form, applicant agrees to furnish KHS America, Inc. with his/her social security number or business tax ID number upon request if required by the IRS.

If participants have agreed to receive Sponsor’s newsletter, participants grant the Sponsor the right to contact the participants by email, including for commercial and marketing purposes.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In order to carry out the Promotion, we use your personal data. We may store and use your personal data (such as your e-mail address and, where applicable, name, place of residence and postal address or other information necessary for the Promotion), for the duration of the Promotion. We process your personal data in order to verify your eligibility to participate in the Promotion and if you qualify, to mail you your free gift. The data processing is necessary to conduct the Promotion. It is lawful according to Art. 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR.
