Communications (FM&C) A 20 year veteran in the professional communications field, Ms. Friedland has served dozens of leading companies and organizations in the fields of Government, redevelopment (for the cities of Mountain View and San Jose), real estate, civil engineering, small business, professional services, public health, social services, high tech, Internet, e-commerce, software, B2B, supply chain, manufacturing, finance and aerospace. Ms. Friedland typically services her long-term and growing roster of prestigious clients as Account Lead, Strategist, Planner, Writer, Project Manager, and Art Co-Director. Establishing FM&C officially in 1996, Ms. Friedland provides either specific requested services or comprehensive ones to her clients. Using her seven years of additional organizational development experience, Ms. Friedland makes her communications efficient, effective, and long-lasting by creating custom systems, charts, forms, manuals, and special programs for her clients. In addition to corporate clients, Ms. Friedland brings special expertise in serving businesses and organizations that improve people's lives.
